EASY STEPS TO CLAIMING YOUR REFUND

Your total purchases in a store must exceed TRL 50.000.000 + VAT (depending on the exchange rate and revised limits the equivalent is aprox. 50 to 100 US$, please cheque with the sales staff)

Your Global Refund Cheque must be stamped by Customs at departure within 3 months following your purchase date.

Your Refund amount is the VAT less an administration fee.

1. In the Store

2.Through Customs
when leaving Turkey, simply show your purchases,
invoices and passport to customs officials and have your Global Refund invoice/cheques stamped. Customs personnel are well informed of the Global Refund system.

3. Collect your refund
Finally, receive your cash refund by cashing your Global Refund Cheques at our nearby Cash Refund Office after you have obtained the customs stamp. Alternatively, latest in 30 days following your departure, you can mail your validated Cheques to the Global Refund Turkey Office and request the direct crediting of a chosen credit card or bank Account, or even a bank check to be sent to a chosen address.
